The hotel was conveniently located near the heart of the city. the staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. the room size was bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

the noise levels in the hotel were extremely high and made it difficult to work or sleep.

We experienced a few negatives during our stay. the staff could be quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult at times to concentrate and causing some discomfort.
